For further steps of the project development, we first need to establish planning reliability for the project. As part of the land acquisition process, we approach land owners and municipalities at an early stage in order to involve all parties in the project from the beginning. The planning is secured through the conclusion of land-lease agreements. This lays the foundation for further project development.

As soon as the project area has been secured, we move on to detailed planning. In our site planning, we use the latest technology and the most modern plant types. In doing so, we aim to generate electricity as efficiently as possible while at the same time ensuring the highest possible compatibility for people and the environment. In addition, we check grid connection points as well as areas for cables and access roads right from the start. For this purpose, we are in contact with grid operators, energy suppliers, and property owners.

In addition to the planning, ENP Energieplan GmbH also takes care of the organisation of the project. We communicate with all stakeholders involved and coordinate the next steps. As part of the design planning, the specialist planners at ENP Energieplan GmbH prepare the permit of the construction project. For this purpose, we commission the necessary expert reports (e.g., regarding species protection or noise prevention). During the entire permit process, we work closely with the responsible authorities. We provide transparent information on the progress of the project to land owners and cooperation partners.

As land owner, you will not incur any costs during the entire project. Our business concept covers the entire financing from the planning phase to the dismantling of the power plants at the end of the operating period. With our energy and community concept, we develop customised solutions for the project which generate added value for the region.

The electricity is marketed through participation in EEG (German Renewable Energies Act) tenders and direct marketing companies. So-called Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) are concluded for solar projects that are not legally subsidised.

Within the scope of implementation planning, we prepare the concrete feasibility of the construction measures. Based on the implementation plans for the trades, project processes are coordinated, specified, and controlled. From the purchase of plant components to transport, every step must be well thought out. Starting with the creation of the infrastructure, such as access roads, cables and foundations, we accompany the construction measures and check the progress of the project as well as the executing companies or general contractors. The realisation phase ends with the commissioning of the wind energy or photovoltaic plants and the technical acceptance.

With wind energy and photovoltaic projects, we generate energy from renewable sources. As long as wind and sun are available, we are able to generate electricity from them. The dismantling of wind energy and photovoltaic plants after the contractually agreed or technically possible operating period does not necessarily mean the end of the project itself. We will check for you whether repowering is possible for your land. The replacement of the constantly developing plant technology promises a significant increase in electricity yield for the subsequent project. Repowering thus closes the cycle of renewable energy production. Together, we therefore create projects that help to secure a long-term supply of clean electricity for future generations.
